Championship golf course and trophy trout fishing just minutes away from the famous 76 Strip, Table Rock Dam, The Showboat Branson Belle, and Moonshine Beach at Table Rock Lake. Located in the beautiful Pointe Royale Golf Village gated community. Walking distance to the clubhouse which has a restaurant, bar and grill, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/pickleball courts. Just a quick drive down to the park and picnic area with access to Lake Taneycomo.
A stay at our updated condo in the wonderful gated resort community of Pointe Royale will be a hit for your next vacation! We provide all of the comforts of home so you can relax and unwind after a fun-filled day in Branson. Relax with a cup of morning coffee on your back porch and enjoy the golf course views. An outfitted kitchen, Laundry, Wi-Fi, cable, Smart TVs, and games are waiting to make you feel right at home during your stay. The condo features two bedrooms; both with King Beds. There is also a high-quality, raised, self-inflating queen air mattress available as an additional sleeping option.

You will have access to all of the wonderful Pointe Royale Resort amenities, including the beautiful outdoor pool, year-round indoor heated pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, discounted golf rates, restaurant and banquet hall, playground, Lake Taneycomo shoreline access for fishing, and walking paths on the beautifully maintained grounds! The condo is located overlooking the water and just across Pointe Royale Drive from the Clubhouse and resort amenities. This is a fun and beautiful community with a 24 guardhouse for entry and exit.

We are dog friendly and just ask that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. We do have a $75 pet fee which we will send after you book. Please let us know about your pet when booking. There are two dog parks to exercise your furry friend, one of which is in close proximity to the condo.

We work hard to ensure cleanliness and to provide our guests with everything they need to feel comfortable; quality towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living space. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond your expectations to provide the little extras that you may not find at other vacation rental properties.

Great little getaway spot! The kitchen had everything we needed to hide away from the world for a week! I cooked almost every meal and really didn’t miss anything appliance wise! We enjoyed watching the ducks and deer from the sunroom while having our morning coffee every day. The scenery was beautiful from the sun porch, and views are undisturbed by any buildings or cars. The hosts are so kind and welcoming. I had great communication with them, and they also understood the balance, and left us alone unless we needed something. My best friend and I enjoyed our week away, and this felt like a home away from home.

This was our second rental on the same trip in the Pointe Royale Golf community. Love the location and amenities. This property was nicely decorated and spacious. Furniture was comfortable. Full washer/dryer is always appreciated. Linens and towels were high class. Since there was no pullout couch, my daughter LOVED the air mattress. We also appreciated the children's books and play tent. Kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans. However, there are a few downsides as compared to our previous property rental: 1) The exterior photo looks like it is a walk-in from the parking lot with stairs going down. In fact, you have to go down several stairs to go up a flight of wooden stairs to get to the unit. 2) I would recommend updating the kitchen to include a glass top stove (as opposed to coil), a full microwave as opposed to dorm-sized countertop model which is underpowered; and a refrigerator with an ice maker. This would be especially helpful for families who cook in the unit. 3) We were disappointed that the sunroom was an oven, and that the windows were fogged because the seals were broken on several, clouding your view of the lovely lake/river behind. We instead used the room to dry our pool clothes. Recommend you invest in a portable (on wheels) AC to help cool that room. 4) Parking is at a premium near this unit, so you will have to park elsewhere if you come home after 8 or 9 PM.

Wonderful experience

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, the owners were excellent with communication, and the view was spectacular. Our kids absolutely loved being out in the sunroom, especially the rocketship tent! We would absolutely love to come back!

Nice Weekend Get Away

This is a very nice property located in a gated community. The property is clean, nicely decorated and recently updated. The surroundings were beautiful. Communication from the host was excellent. Our only complaint is the beds in both rooms were not comfortable. The master king bed is way too firm for our liking and so we were not able to get a good nights sleep either night.

Great Space for the Money

The location is excellent. Safe and Roomy. The view was greatly disrupted by old windows that held condensation. The jacuzzi tub was also broken, but that was not an expected amenity. All in all, we would definitely rebook. Location and cleanliness alone sell it!

Fav Pointe Royale condo!

We come to Branson 3x a yr & usually stay in Pointe Royal. (It's the best) This condo has become our fav. Very comfortable; had all we needed (even coffee!), wonderful sunroom with view of Taneycomo; great green space for our dog, no one behind us, close to the clubhouse, comfy beds, very roomy, very well stocked. Only negative thing I can come up w is the stairs! And that's b/c we r old. (Stairs r hard!😢) unless u are handicapped you will love THIS condo!! My husband has been coming to Branson for at least 20 yrs & this is his favorite condo EvER !! We think you will love it too!

Peaceful View

The apartment was clean and nice inside. However, I didn't like that there weren't enough covers or sheets for the inflatable mattress or the couch The view of the river was the best thing. I was able to relax while reading a book with my wife. wile the kids where at the pool over all it was a nice place to stay

Great location!

Perfect location close to the 76 strip AND with water views, which is rare! I really appreciated the extra communication from the owners. We enjoyed fishing at the Taneycomo access just minutes from our unit. The unit was well stocked compared to other VRBOs we have stayed in. The sunroom/porch was very nice to relax on with coffee and watch the activity on the water! Overall, great experience!

Comfortable older home

Property was nice. Great location for access to pools. Close to fishing. Beds were comfortable. Needs more dishrags. A big disappointment was the porch. We really wanted to stay at this home because of the view from the porch and access to fishing behind the home. The only time we could enjoy the porch was early morning. Since there was no air conditioning it was unbearable during the day. The windows need to be replaced they were steamed up and hard to see out. This property has great potential but desperately needs to be updated. We felt the condo seemed more like a cabin. We still were happy with our first trip to Missouri. Thank you for letting us stay.

Overall not a bad option for a short stay in Branson.

For the most part it’s a cute condo, with adequate amenities. The unit is on the second level with a notable long staircase to climb to reach the unit. The stairs was not a problem for anyone in my family but I could see it possibly being an issue for some who may have any disabilities or limitations. The unit was for the most part was pretty clean with nice furnishings, the beds were comfortable. The building sits close to a wooded area & river which is very beautiful but also presents the challenges of insects. I don’t know if the resort has any routine extermination service to spray around the buildings but I did see black wasps making/made clay nests around the structure & a spider, centipede, black beetle, and wasp inside of the condo. I think that thing that I was really disappointed with about the condo, is what would or could be the most appealing part of it & that is the enclosed back patio that overlooks the wooded area and river. The windows need to be replaced, some of them have broken seals in the pane with trapped condensation or opaque patching, and none of them have screens so you can’t open the windows & enjoy fresh air because every insect would be able to enter due to no screening. When you open the door to enter the patio you immediately experience the temperature shift from the cool air conditioned condo an extremely warm patio due to the inability to cool it off by being able to open the windows. Correct the afore mentioned & it’s 5 star

Wonderful Spring break!

We all enjoyed our stay. Clean & modern. The enclosed porch was perfect for relaxing mornings drinking coffee and watching the wildlife. Our pup was fascinated by the hawks that flew at eye level. Kids enjoyed themselves too. Plenty of things to do, including the heated indoor pool open late.
