Fairview Escape is a family-friendly holiday home, tucked inside a serene, quiet resort in Branson.



The Space:

Back inside, the living room welcomes you with cozy interiors, cream-colored walls, wooden flooring and puffy seating areas, perfect to unwind before the smart TV. A roomy balcony offers seating for 4, with views of lush trees and a sweeping 18-hole golf course that engulfs the property.



The open-plan kitchen is complete with modern cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances for you to whip up meals at home. Additional items including a coffee machine, toaster, oven, refrigerator, and cookware are available for your convenience. The extended counter with barstools accommodates 3, and is ideal for evening cocktails, while the indoor dining area for 4 is perfect for intimate family meals.



The home comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 comfy bedrooms, in addition to a queen-size sofa sleeper kept in the living area. Bedroom #1 is equipped with a king-size bed and #2 with a queen-size bed, soft linens and en-suite bathroom with stand-up showers.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- A stackable washer/dryer is available for guest use.

- A parking pass is available for 2 vehicles.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This is a walk-in unit. No stairs going in and within the unit

- Please note that the cost of using the Holiday Hills Golf Course is not included in this rental.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

The property is located in a quiet, but lively, resort where guests are welcome to enjoy a video arcade, outdoor pools, an 18-hole golf course, and more! When you’re ready to explore, the home is 3-miles from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to take a hike to the “Top of the Rock” or explore nearby Table Rock Lake, both are the same distance. Silver Dollar City, 11-miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme.
