Parking is free (2 cars per condo) and in close proximity to your condo. No parking access pass required. You can walk down to the lake or access the marina just miles with boating, fishing, diving and more to offer. Only a few miles to the shopping district, golf courses, zip lines, Aquarium, Dolly Parton's Stampede, Showboat Branson Belle, tours, museums, one mile to Silver Dollar City, 9 miles to Big Cedar.

There is hiking trail right behind the condo. If you go to the end of Wood Pecker lane and turn right at condo #1 to the left of the dumpster there is a trail that goes down to peaceful area to sit at the lake. To the right is a out and back trail that goes behind the condo and wraps around the lake.
