Beautiful WALK-IN CONDO with Gorgeous views from the enclosed sunroom in the heart of Branson. This condo has NO steps and parking is directly in front of the condo.

Enjoy Branson and relax in this newly very SPACIOUS condo loaded with amenities at the popular Thousand Hills Golf Resort at the "Fairways". Parking is directly in front and NO STEPS to get in this condo. This condo is very large and accommodating at almost 1400 sq ft and has a fully enclosed year around sunroom with breath taking views that overlook Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. Located in the perfect location at the Heart of Branson. This condo is centrally located in Branson and just 2 blocks from the main strip in Branson, yet tucked away along the Thousand Hills Golf Course so you can enjoy a quiet setting that happens to be very close to the most popular Branson attractions. The condo is just minutes away from everything Branson has to offer for your memorable vacation.

Our condo is very spacious and much larger than most condos with about 1400 sq. ft. of living space. The condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home to include a HDTV in the living and large Flat Screens in each Bedroom, WIFI, One King Bed and One Queen with pillow top mattresses, formal dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, a TV in the master bedroom and Second Bedroom. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

The enclosed sunroom is a great place to relax or have a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the view of Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. You will not find more pleasant accommodations than at "The Fairways". This condo offers so much more space than most condos in Branson. The views are great and It is easy to relax and enjoy your time at this condo since it includes all the comforts of home. There is parking directly in front and you are just steps from the front door..

This upscale condo is just a few blocks away from Branson's famous 76 Country Music Blvd.(The Strip), and just minutes away from all the entertainment with easy access to all the shows, restaurants, shopping, and activities for the entire family. Just a few short miles and you can be at either Table Rock or Taneycomo lakes with all the water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities available. Historic downtown and Branson Landing are also just a very short drive away. You can also take the 'scenic back way' to Silver Dollar city and be there in just minutes. You will be amazed at what a truly great location this is in the heart of Branson for your peaceful and relaxing stay in Branson.

This is a nice place to stay and very accessible to major routes to most all attractions. It was a quiet area and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bedroom facing the north could use a blackout curtain to block the front lights of the condo.

This condo is beautiful, spacious, has everything you could possibly need. They have thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.The only thing I would recommend is to take a closer look at certain areas when they are cleaning.

It was great! We loved this unit because we didnt have to do steps. The second bathroom needed some repair. But not a major problem. Kitchen towels would be helpful.

Everything was great. Location perfect, everything you needed was provided, and very clean. Only thing I would suggest would be a blind in front bedroom. The porch light was on all night shining in bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay--especially the no stairs entry and the easy access to all areas of the strip. Everything was clean and well maintained. If you have mobility issues, you should know that the old-style bed in the master bedroom is comfortable, but very high. (If you are a light sleeper, the springs creak when someone shifts position.) The shower in the master bed also has a jacuzzi, so the sides of the tub are quite high to step over.The double sinks separated from the shower area in the master bedroom were also especially handy. We would certainly stay here again.Wish list:*At least one chair in the living room with a supportive seat and back. The sectional couch was comfortable but didn't offer back support.*a box or two of facial tissues*instructions on where to put laundry detergent if using the washer.Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable. The only problem we had was the drain in the master bath. It wouldn't drain so we had to take out the plug and it was clogged up. We would stay again though with that being our only issue.

I recently stayed in a clean and well-organized 2-bedroom condo that made for a comfortable and pleasant experience. The space was immaculate, with all the necessary amenities provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The only minor issue was some noise from the neighbors above during the first couple of nights, but it wasn't a recurring problem. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this condo again for future visits. Highly recommended!

Easy access on the middle level so didn’t have to go up or down steps. So close to everything but far enough off the beaten path so very quiet. Master bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice walkin condo. It was just as appeared on posting. Lots of room for the family to spread out . We did have a problem getting tvs to contect and work. The AC was also not working properly (your choice was on full blast or off) so condo was not as comfortable temperature wise as it could have been. We contacted the propertymanager and he exlpained the people before us had broken the the thermostat and he had dud not have time to get it fixed before we arrived.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the front bedroom didn't have curtains and the light from the outside hallway was extremely bright all night shining into the windows. I would absolutely stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our trip to Branson. It had everything we were looking for. Lots of room, quiet and close to everything! Grandson loved the pool too! Would definitely stay here again in the future.
