"My family really enjoyed our stay. We were met with a nice welcome package, including a case of water. The host was excellent with communicating and tending to our needs. All necessary amenities to make our stay was there, including a nice coffee station. The house was nice and clean with plenty of extra towels. We will definitely book in the future, "

"House was very well maintained and a great location for us to spend Christmas with our daughters who live in the Tampa area. Owner was very responsive during the booking and check-in process and checked in to make sure all was in order. There were security (some window locks don’t work) and safety hazards (rusted bathtub, mold & visible flood damage in bathroom) that should have been repaired before renting.
