"Lovely caravan which was very clean and dog friendly. Well stocked including bowls for doggy. Communication from the owners was excellent. They even sent us a list of dog friendly walks some with dog friendly pubs. Lovely dog friendly pub Mason Arms just across the road from the camp where they let doggy sit under the table whilst owners had a meal. It was a small caravan site which was quiet and well laid out just what we needed."

"Wonderful cabin, beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped, with hot tub regularly maintained. Just the perfect size for what we needed, with the bonus of three rooms meaning personal space for the kids. Highly recommended. Absolutely loved our short (two night) stay. Only downside was the proximity to other cabins in relation to unfortunate events on night one. Second night was perfect after dark, with everyone on site respectful and quiet after 11pm, but our first night was ruined by one...

"We loved sitting out on the patio area, watching the goings on around the place, the tv wasn’t on at all. Visited Brampton for some excellent food and loved the Lanercost Priory when we visited there. Miltonrigg woods was just 2 minutes drive for a lovely dog walk as well. Could have done with a parasol on the patio when the sun was strongest but our intention was met for a few days of chilling. The staff were all friendly and we had a lovely breakfast at the cafe on our departure. "

"Great pods, lovely area with good walks for the dog and nice views. Overall a peaceful stay, nice little touches with milk butter and jam in the fridge. Will be back 😊"
