Welcome to Tropic House! Enjoy a relaxing stay in this lush, tropical pool home that sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably. The home is situated on more than an acre of tropical flora that further highlights the calm and private atmosphere surrounding the home. You are also just steps away from the expansive and impressive GT Bray Park with acres of trees, disc golf, bike trails, pickleball, baseball fields, football fields, basketball, lacrosse, skate park, playgrounds, dog park, pool, and picnic areas. Furthermore, it is only five miles to the white sands of Bradenton Beach, minutes from Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and many more. Close to everything the Bradenton, Sarasota area has to offer.

When pulling up to the home you will immediately notice the mature and vibrant greenery complementing the home and leading you to the large parking pad which offers plenty of space for all of your vehicles. Walking inside you will immediately be transported to a spacious, cozy getaway that blends timeless amenities with modern comforts. The home opens into an open floorplan that blends the living room, dining rooms, and kitchen all together with opportunities for waves of natural sunlight to crash through the windows. The living room can comfortably sit you and all of your guests with no bad seats to enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the Smart TV.

Prefer a home cooked meal? The kitchen is one of the biggest you will find and comes equipped with all the up-to-date appliances you need. Highlighting the kitchen is a massive island that sits between the kitchen and the dining room perfect for setting up a feast or grabbing a quick bite. The dining room has accommodations for up to 8 people with room for 4 more at the island and another 4 at the breakfast nook. Enjoy cooking on the grill? A propane grill is available for use as well to complete the perfect BBQ!

Eager to jump in the water? You can access the screened-in pool deck from both the living room and the dining room. Out here you will find the life of the home with its heated pool*, countless seating options, and even a fire pit for the cooler nights. Outside the lanai you're surrounded by greenery, if you value your privacy, this is your place! Be sure to visit the pond, sit on the small deck and look for turtles or find a quiet spot under the Old Oak Tree to listen to the birds. This house seamlessly offers indoor/ outdoor living.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is located at the front of the property just through the living room and is ready to get the good times rolling with a King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower, Smart TV, and access to the pool area. Another bedroom is located at the other side of the home down a hallway through the kitchen and offers a twin bunk bed with twin trundle as well as a king-sized bed and also supplies an ensuite bathroom. The final bedroom is located in the back of the home passing the dining room and contains a king-sized bed. This bedroom will benefit from using the bathroom just across the hallway that also communicates with the pool area.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
