Guests are welcomed to the home with a few samples of coffee, hotel-size shower soap and shampoo. Laundry pods, dishwasher detergent pods, dish soap, dish sponge, trash bags, and toilet paper are included. Extra supplies may need to be purchased by guests depending on use/length of stay.

Guests are welcome to use anything on the property with the exception of two locked closets with the additional house supplies and owner's personal items.

✵OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Ring camera at the front door to monitor our cleaning team and deliveries. These are not viewed while guests are present.
A smoke and noise detector is located within the house. This is to ensure our guests, future guests, and neighbors are able to have the best experience possible.
We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.
Absolutely No pets are allowed on the property with the exception of service animals.
Absolutely No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property.
✵POOL INFORMATION:
❂The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge! Cold temperatures may impact the pool heater's ability to maintain the desired temperature. No refunds will be offered due to weather conditions or other factors outside of our control. The temperature can be increased at the request of the guest for an additional fee.
❂While we have a professional service that regularly cleans and maintains the pool, we do not offer 24/7 pool maintenance you may find at a resort or hotel. Pool service usually arrives on Monday mornings, but as we contract with an external company, we are unable to fully control their schedule.
❂ Please note that there is a screened-in porch separating the pool from the home, but additional supervision of young children will be required.
