We do provide a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, coffee, etc.  However, it will not be enough for your entire stay. We like to tell you this upfront to allow you time to plan!

Rental agreement to be signed by booker within 48 hours.

BBQ GRILL - You are responsible for cleaning the grill and refilling/exchanging the propane tank for your own use.  The propane tank can be exchanged for a full tank at the Wawa gas station or Home Depot. Always shut off the gas when finished grilling!

GARBAGE TAKEOUT - Please take the garbage to the curb on Monday night for Tuesday morning pick up.

MAINTENANCE - Yard and pool maintenance are crucial to keeping up the property and may visit during your stay.

BUGS - Florida has bugs. Please know that the house interior and exterior are treated regularly. There may be preventative measures taken that could involve bait traps, etc. that need to be left around the house. Please feel free to move them to a higher ground during your stay to ensure they are unreachable to children.

POOL RULES - The deep end of the pool is approx. 7 feet deep in the center, but the corners of the deep end are much more shallow. No lifeguard on duty.  Swim at your own risk. No diving, jumping, running, pushing or dangerous horseplay. No glassware in pool or on pool deck area. Be considerate of our neighbors.  No yelling or other loud noises. Please keep pool umbrellas in the down position AT ALL TIMES, unless they are in use. The wind can knock these over very quickly, which can cause them to break or injure someone. DO NOT TOUCH POOL EQUIPMENT. HEATER BOX IS LOCKED AND CONTROLLED REMOTELY.

CHECK OUT RULES:
Leave the beds unmade.  Do NOT strip the sheets/comforters.  If you used the sofa bed, please leave it pulled out. Load & run the dishwasher. Empty all the trash and place in outside bins (trash pickup on Tuesdays).
If you used the grill, please leave grill cover off. Put all pool umbrellas down. Put outdoor game equipment back in game closet. Make sure all beach equipment/pool floats are cleaned off and placed back in the garage.

YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANYTHING BROKEN OR ANY EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEES INCURRED FROM YOUR STAY. PLEASE BE KIND. :)
