The screened lanai at Otter Lagoon looks out over the lagoon — herons glide through most mornings before the day gets started. This is a One Particular Harbour condo with a view specific to this unit, and it sets the tone for the kind of stay that ends with families booking the same week next year.

The condo sleeps seven across three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary suite has a king bed with lagoon views. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full bed. The living room queen sleeper sofa handles the seventh guest. Three full bathrooms means a group of seven never has to coordinate the morning routine.

The living area has a 65" smart TV and a sectional built for movie nights. The Wii and PS3 — along with board games and puzzles — have produced some of the most-reviewed moments in this unit's history. The free island trolley and complimentary bikes, beach chairs, cooler, and wagon are available for the stay. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.
