Lagoon views from the screened lanai — a large patio table and chairs for outdoor dining and morning coffee with the water in front of you. One Particular Harbour 395-103 is a three-bedroom condo where two of the three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, a configuration that makes a group of seven genuinely comfortable rather than just technically accommodated.

The primary suite has a king bed, walk-in shower ensuite, and lagoon views. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own full bath ensuite. The third bedroom has two twin beds. A pullout sofa in the living room handles the seventh guest. The open kitchen has a granite island, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, microwave, range, and a wine refrigerator — a detail that earns its place on evenings when the lanai is calling and a chilled bottle is the right finish to a beach day.

Two complimentary bikes are included with the unit. The resort amenities are consistent across One Particular Harbour: heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot and splash zone, BBQ grilling area, deep water marina for sunset strolls, and Floridays restaurant on the property. The free island trolley stops nearby. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge. Easy access to US 41 and I-75 makes this unit equally practical for extended-stay guests arriving from Tampa or Sarasota.

Anna Maria Island was named one of the Sunshine State's 10 Best Secret Beaches by USA Today and one of only four "Old, Classic Florida" destinations by the Wall Street Journal. One Particular Harbour puts you at the edge of it.

Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club, private pool, fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.

Pet-friendly with a $150 non-refundable fee.

OPH 395-103 requires a one-week minimum stay with covered parking and elevator access included. No smoking.

Great unit. Really appreciated that the owners provided staples like a variety of coffees! Having two bikes available was wonderful. The property managers (Island Vacation Properties) were very responsive to our needs. Just a wonderful stay!

This was one of the nicest condos we've ever stayed in! If we weren't out and about at the beach or baseball games, we could usually be found sitting out on the lanai which was just so relaxing. Super easy to walk up to the Margaritaville restaurant if you don't want to cook or deal with the traffic in the area. Would not hesitate to book here again!

We absolutely Loved our stay at this Condo! It had everything we could possibly need and more — from Coffee and Tea to a wide variety of Games that kept us entertained for hours on the enclosed patio that was so Beautiful and such a relaxing spot to spend time. The condo was thoughtfully stocked and made it feel like a true home away from home. Parking was easy and secure behind a gate, which gave us peace of mind, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us and we look forward to staying with you again in the future!

From picking up the keys to extending our stay two extra nights because we just did not want to leave. This condo is clean, safe, so close to the best beaches in Florida, and quiet!! The most relaxing vacation I've had in years! Thank you for letting us stay in your little slice of heaven!!

Beautiful Place

The condo was beautiful. The listing and pictures were accurate. Loved the well stocked kitchen, lovely lanai, security gate, closeness to the beaches, walking trail, etc, etc. I could go on and on. Great place to stay! Hated to leave to go back to cold weather in Indiana.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

Condo was spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. Loved the screened in porch. It was very peaceful overlooking the lagoon and listening to the birds. Lock to the sliding glass door was broken and reported on our arrival. It did not get fixed during our stay and made us feel a bit uneasy. Heated pool is a short walk away and very nice. Splash pad was cool and refreshing. Beds were a bit hard and could use a pillow top or memory foam pad. Plenty of hot water. Unit came with 5 beach chairs and plenty of towels for the beach. Anna Maria was a short drive over the bridge and is where we spent most of our time. A guidebook would have been helpful to navigate how to use the AC and TV. Overall, we loved our stay!

Excellent location and Beautiful Condo

Our family truly enjoyed everything about this condo and the location. The pool is right outside the condo, the beach is a mile away and there is a restaurant at the end of the parking lot. You really wouldn't ever have to get in your car once you are there unless you want to explore Anna Maria Island. The condo has two bikes, a scooter and everything you need for the beach and pool. Will be back.

The condo had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. It was spacious and nicely decorated. The bikes/beach chairs and towels were a bonus. The only negative…We would have liked to walk and ride bikes in the back part of the property.

Great location with amenities

Nice property across the bridge from Anna Marie island. The bikes were great to tour the island. One of the best places we stayed because of the amenities. The pool and splash pad were great for the kids plus is only $200 to rent a boat for half a day at the Marina.

An ahhhh moment <3

The room was so nice. The welcome package was extremely appreciated and thoughtful as we traveled for many hours to arrive at our destination. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was provided. We enjoyed time with our family and friends. The washer and dryer was a wonderful and needed item. We loved the beaches (we went to several beaches). Someday, I hope to buy a place like this and be an awesome host for those who really need a break from such a busy life. Thank you.

Quiet and spacious

I love coming to Anna Maria Island.!This year we decided to stay off island because of skyrocketing prices. Couldn’t have been happier with our condo, or proximity to the pool, and such easy access to the bridge to AMI. The condo was very private and spacious. I think my favorite part of the condo is the window wall that opens up to the screened in area, making it an extended living space. We had a great time and would love to return.

Summer Vacation 2021

We enjoyed a 5 night stay at the condo. The location was very convenient to Anna Maria, just right before your go over the bridge. It was well stocked with appliances, beach items and our teenagers enjoyed using the 2 very nice bicycles to bike to island daily. The decor was very nice and still very cozy. We will be back!

Fantastic condo, close to beach, and great pool area!

We loved staying at this property! There was plenty of space for my family of 4, plus another family of 3. It was very clean. The pool area was wonderful. Storage closet with bikes and pool toys next to the covered parking space was great. The condo is a short drive to beautiful Anna Maria Island, white sandy beaches and tons of fun restaurants. It was easy to get ahold of the property management company whenever we needed them and they were able to answer all our questions promptly. We look forward to staying here again!

Very nice condo but terrible mosquito infestation

Very nice condo! Beautifully decorated! The location was just across the bridge from Anna Marie Island in a harbor. Having said that, there is a TERRIBLE mosquito infestation at the property. All the other owners and tenants spoke of the issue as well. It is so bad apparently that they fly helicopters over the location at night to spray. My wife and oldest daughter were literally eaten up by mosquitos. When walking our dog one time, he sniffed a bush and slightly shook it. Immediately, I saw 10 to 15 mosquitos fly off from this bush. There is a large lake on the property right behind this one and I am sure that attributes to some of the issue.

Comfortable Condo near beaches

It was relatively easy to gain access to the condo although we got into town late. Clean and comfortable. Looks new. Close to Anna Maria Island and all the beaches. Biggest complaint is we could not use all the amenities. The pool was small and noisy. Unfortunate smell of sewer? Near boat area
