KINDLY NOTE

- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house. No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels.
- Pool settings are all scheduled, it is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. (please do not meddle with pool equipment, failure to comply will result in fines of at least $1000, and or the cost of repair)
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund and can incur an additional charge of $100/guest.

Please be aware the pool does NOT have a cage so there may be some leaves and debris in the water. We do our best to keep it pristine but some debris is unavoidable.
