This is a beautiful property. The hosts were responsive when contacted. We would rent this property again for our family. We had one day where the pool temperature dropped. The pool person came out the next day and within 12-24 hours it was warm again. The property is perfect for a family with children. The bunk rooms were a hit! The game room was also nice to have when the temp dropped a bit. Highly recommend!

Fifteen people from four generations aged 6-76 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Easy access with no stairs was a plus for the older family members. There were plenty of beds and so many activities for the kids that they never commented on being bored! Another plus was the provided beach chairs. We loved Coquina Beach, which was a short drive away. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Amazing!!!

The house is stocked with all essentials, was clean and had plenty of room. The pictures are exactly what you will find. The owners are easy to work with and very responsive. Over all a great vacation for our entire family.

Family Fun! Kids were happy and busy!

We had a great time celebrating our Family Christmas. The pool was amazing, the game room was used every day, and the accommodations incredible. Just FYI. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Great family fun

This house was perfect for our whole family who ranged in age from 8 to 76. It was perfect for everyone and we constantly had fun. From all the indoor games to the pool to sand volleyball. We had a blast. Then we all had plenty of space and our private rooms to sleep. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Overall just a great place to stay Highly recommend this place!

Fun Fun Fun

What a great place to stay with friends! We had 10 people in the house and there was a space for everyone to get away by themselves and a ton of spaces for us all to hang out together. The house is stocked with EVERYTHING you will need to cook, and play! The kids loved the theme rooms and all the games available throughout the house. We would come back and stay here again.

Fantastic space to stay

What a great property. From the enclosed pool to the volleyball court, the game room to the bedrooms, the kitchen to the living room, it is well maintained and has everything you need. Great neighborhood, short drive to beaches and grocery stores. Plenty of space to be apart from other family members, but plenty of gathering areas within the house and property. Highly recommended!

Wonderful house!

This house is an amazing place to stay! We had 9 adults and 5 children for a special 90th birthday celebration. From the adults down to the 2 month old, the owners provided everything we needed. With so much space, we were able to gather easily yet have private space when needed. The bunk rooms were a BIG hit with the kids as was the game room and pool table for the adults. The owners focused on safety for the kids with outlet covers, kid proof locks for the sliding glass door to the pool as well as on any doors to the outside. The pool is amazing and there was every type of pool float and toy you could want. We really appreciated the abundant supply of beach (and regular) towels. Communication with the owners was great and they do everything to accommodate you. We would definitely recommend this house for your stay!

Fun House for Family Group Vacation

Our recent stay at this VRBO property was nothing short of fantastic, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the perfect spot for our family vacation.The house itself is designed for fun and relaxation. The kids were absolutely thrilled with the fun themed bedrooms – a huge hit and made bedtime exciting! The swimming pool was a daily favorite, and the great outdoor lounging space meant we could supervise comfortably while soaking up the Florida sun. The volleyball court was a bonus! The kitchen was amply sized and incredibly well-organized, with all the cabinets labeled – a small detail that made a huge difference in finding everything we needed. The dining table had plenty of chairs for everyone. We also loved having a dedicated game room to hang out in, and the two separate living rooms meant there was always space for everyone to relax and do their own thing without feeling crowded.The location was also a huge plus. Being close to Publix and Target made grocery runs and forgotten essentials incredibly convenient. And the easy access to Anna Maria beaches.Finally, we have to commend the hosts. They were great communicators from start to finish!

Fun in the sun for a wed.ding weekend

the home was better than it looked on line. Amazing! We were a group of 10 adults (26-83).Home was handicap accessible for my MIL, with exception to getting in the beds. (we needed to use a stool, as mattress was too high for her). We used the pool and game room, the living room and pool table and all the bedrooms. My 35 year old step son stayed in the Moana room. My other three step kids stayed in the regular rooms with their significant others. My husband and I shared the double king room with MIL and I used the Whale room for napping and dressing area. Our only complaint was that the double king/whale room was 10* cooler than the rest of the home. There was no way to adjust it to be warmer and it was uncomfortably cold getting out of bed, and getting ready. This needs to be rectified for the comfort of guests. Otherwise it was a perfect place for us to hang out before and after a family wedding at the JUBLIEE ESTATES. Thank you

Nice, be aware the owners adjust the thermostat remotely during your stay!!!

Clean, good amenities, quiet location. You will be very hot in the very front bedroom! I didn't get comfortable sleep during the week due to being hot.I had the ceiling fan going and a box fan. All other rooms were freezing temperature to try to cool front bedroom. I kept turning down the thermostats and kept noticing they were always adjusted back to 74 degrees constantly. You have to keep the thermostats low in the daytime in order to regulate the home temperature which was a challenge due to the restrictions on the thermostat. Found that apparently the owners were adjusting the daytime temperature to 74 -which heats the kitchen, living room, and front bedroom to a uncomfortable level. If they are worried about energy efficiency they need to regulate the home to a set temperature instead of letting it get 5 degrees hotter than we wanted- (overworking the system) taking forever to catch back up. For the amount of money I spent I expect the ability to adjust the temperature to my liking instead of the owner. When I go to a hotel I get to adjust my own temperature.Recommendations, let renters adjust and regulate the temperature (not the owner or on a schedule). Mini split in front bedroom is a absolute must!
