This 3-bedroom 2 bath pool home will fulfill all your needs for a fantastic vacation! You will love hanging outside by the pool, there is a table and bench inside the pool to sit and cool off with your favorite beverage, and there's a water feature.. an outside bar and lounge area, and a fire pit. Inside you will find an open floor plan and a chef's kitchen with everything you will need to cook a gourmet meal including double ovens. Have fun in the Florida room with another bar, Skeeball, Air Hockey, Shuffleboard, a massage chair, and lots of games to entertain the whole family. The windows in this room accordion open to each side so in cooler weather can be open to the outside screened-in pool cage area letting the outside in.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? This house sleeps 8 comfortably.. master bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on the right wing of the house and offer a queen bed and a tv in both rooms. Additional sleeping is offered in the living room with a queen pull-out couch.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
*Garage is not available for vehicle parking.
*Ring Doorbell is used on the front door for security.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Entertainment Value

We really enjoyed the fact that there was plenty for the kids to do at the property. The game room and the pool area were a plus.

Amazing place

This place was great, so many little extras. Beds very comfortable. Clean had all kinds of little gadgets in kitchen even had a junk drawer with batteries, cords, pens etc. Drawers of games for all ages. Not to mention the skeet ball machine and the massage chair. Pool and lanai very nice even had beach towels. The only negative thing I could say was we had planned on being out by eleven, but cleaning girl showed up at ten very nice girl and even offered to help us load truck, but we declined because we needed to load a certain way to help with unloading. Anyway with being rushed we forgot to leave tip, which we felt bad about. This place was great all in all though!

Just the Essentials

The House is definetly has the rental feel as compared to other Verbo properties that have a very homie and welcoming vibe. Nothing warm and fuzzy about staying here. Good for family with kids. Bring a pillow… what is provided is flat and uncomfortable. Bring shower soap a soap dish for your bathrooms. Washcloths are needed too. I paid $100 extra for heat in the pool and hot tub… they never got warm enough for my group to use. The hot tub was the same cool temp of the pool.

Nice house, Pool Deck Needs Cleaning and it’s Not a Hot Tub

My family of six enjoyed our stay although I feel like this property is priced high for what and where it is. The kitchen appliances are in good shape including a large refrigerator with a water filter and ice maker. Decently stocked but no spices, condiments or napkins. The listing calls it a chefs kitchen but it’s full of mismatched and old (dull chopping knives, can opener, plastic bowls) cabinets, one doesn’t shut + electric range. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker, a large washer and dryer (you’ll need to buy detergent), new beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. Note the ring doorbell and security camera- you are being watched. The s’mores idea is cute but I’d have preferred more TP and some ketchup instead. The beds are comfortable and ceiling fans in every room. Smart TVs everywhere but unlike other rentals, you have to login to your own services (Disney and Netflix etc) which was frustrating for the kids. The toilets were also frustrating: neither flush well and often run. After 4 showers we’d run out of hot water. The Florida room with board games, Pictionary, Skeeball competitions and massage chair are great. The pool area was ample and comfortable with lots of pool towels and a new grill. The pool deck was a big disappointment because it was coated all over in dirt and even dog hair-it took away from the experience. We missed the covert description of the hot tub as a “water feature” -you should know it does not get hot and the jets don’t work. The pool itself was great and we had hours of fun in it. We didn’t care for the open booze and wine bottles left about and all the signage about alcohol preference:; one sign says “If you’re not sober don’t come over,” another: “Caution drunks at play” along with many more, a giant champagne glass, dirty ash trays. I found them and other signs (like the one over the dining room table that says ”If I were a bird I know who I’d poop on.“) too much and frankly tacky. I know I’m detailing a lot of negatives and want to be clear that it is a comfortable house with lots of beautiful sun in the pool area. We weren’t there for the party though and had I known, I would have chosen another since there are so many options. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with.

Nice pool house in quiet neighborhood

My husband and I recently stayed here for a month. We loved the nice quiet neighborhood and spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard pool area. It's within a couple miles of the beautiful Robinson Preserve where we walked several miles nearly every morning. The house is also within a mile or two of the grocery store. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Living room furnishings look brand new as was the grill which we used a few times. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking meals at home. We enjoyed the filtered water out of the refrigerator and also appreciated having a washer/dryer. Many nice restaurants nearby as well. One tiny note was that the master bedroom mattress is very, very firm. That's just not our personal preference but it was ok. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thank you owners Debbie and Bill for a wonderful month's vacation in your home!
