While each one of Anna Maria's beaches; Cortez, Holmes, Bradenton, Manatee, Coquina and Bean Point Public Beach offers a slightly different experience, they all share the same gorgeous waters, breathtaking sunsets, relaxing gulf breeze and a chance to see playful dolphins, sea turtles, manatees, and even stingrays.

**Pool/Spa settings are all scheduled 9am to 7pm. When purchased, pool heat is set to 82-85 degrees , however if air temps drop below 70 degrees, it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed**

Infant are welcome, we provided pack N play for little one

For safety and security of our guests, each guest who enters the home at anytime during your stay "MUST" be listed on the reservation. Please make sure to register the correct number of guests.

PET: Due to allergies NO PETS ALLOWED
Note: Service pet /animal must be disclosed, and approved by Hosts prior to booking. Pet application and agreement is required. Extra Pet Cleaning fee $200 required

OUTDOOR Security Camera on property : one security camera above the front entrance and one by the pool equipment. They actively records noise and video.

If you’re looking for a party house, please DO NOT BOOK. This property is ideal for large family vacations. Any violations WILL be immediately evicted without refund and subject to an additional $500 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID
The house located near public school and there is some restriction on marijuana usage.

**PLEASE NOTE: out of respect for neighbors, we ask all guests to enjoy themselves inside after 11 p.m. This is a great house for connecting with family and friends but is not the right house for late night outdoor partying.*
