This 3-bedroom pool home sleeps 8 Comfortably and it is the perfect spot for a trip to Florida! With its close proximity to great shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores you will have access to all the conveniences you could need in a rental. It is just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach, and Holmes Beach!

Blue Chill is located in Northwest Bradenton just off the main road of 75th St W. The property offers a large horseshoe driveway with plenty of space for parking. The inside of the home is decorated with a modern coastal feel to make your vacation feel as relaxing as it should. When walking in the front door you are greeted by a wonderful living room with sliding glass doors that open right up to an amazing view of the saltwater pool. The living room offers a Roku smart TV and comfortable seating for all of your entertainment needs. A foldable work station is available as well if you have to complete some work while away.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals and be able to eat in and enjoy the house! A few bonus items include a french press, slow cooker, rice cooker, air fryer as well as a Keurig. For seating, you have a dining room table inside as well as additional seating around the kitchen bar. A high chair as well as a pac-n-play is available for use as well.

The back has a screened-in pool area as well as a large covered area when enjoying your days poolside! The back deck offers a few sun chairs and a table with an umbrella and stools for enjoying the Florida Sun! An additional TV is mounted outdoors for you to enjoy while sitting poolside! You can sit back and relax here since it is encompassed by the very private and tranquil backyard. As an added bonus you even have a poolside full bathroom that can only be accessed from the pool deck.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The property offers a split floor plan with the Master Bedroom on the right side of the house along with two additional bedrooms on the left side of the house. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. One of the additional bedrooms has a Queen size bed and Smart TV while the other bedroom has two Full size beds and shares a hallway bathroom.

Enjoy the outdoors? Take a short walk through the De Soto National Memorial Park to watch the sunset. Robinson's Preserve which offers nature walking trails, a playground for the kids, and much more are located just a few miles away from the house as well. Looking for something more adventurous? Head to the Palma Sola Causeway and Kayak through the majestic Mangroves in Palma Sola Bay!

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
