The owner was very responsive and kind enough to allow us a bit of an earlier check in since we were arriving earlier than anticipated. At no fault of anyone it rained our whole trip, when asked to check in an hour early to beat the storm since on second floor, was told no. Roach and ants, she said due to rain. Can only use washer and dryer after 3pm No extra garbage bags except 2 in kitchen, needed more. No extra paper towels. Back bedroom mattress kept shifting off boxspring. Floors...

"Nice condo/ mini house on a very quiet street and a very easy walk to the beach, with a great breach cart provided. The grocery store is a short walk and fully stocked. "Beautiful stay at this luxury resort. High end facility, wonderful and friendly staff, gorgeous beach. Only drawback was the air conditioning in the bedroom was not effective, therefore the room was very warm at night. Not a deal breaker, we would definitely return. "Our Memorial Day weekend getaway at 204 Ocean Club Beach Resort was spectacular! The accommodations were perfect and the location and view were perfect. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning with coffee and the moonrise every night with a glass of wine on the balcony. "Loved this property! It's cozy and comfortable. The most comfortable bed I've experienced at a VRBO. You have access to valet, beach, pool, and great restaurants/shopping. We never retrieved our car from valet, everything was "right around the corner" and we walked everywhere. Great place - highly recommend!"
