"I would like a refund. Address was not clearly written. Ice on entire driveway. Didn’t even end up staying here because the host didn’t know we were arriving apparently even though I was messaging through the app. The door lock did not work. The house was not ready for us at ALL and was not clean. It was a very weird experience. "

"The host was very responsive and very nice. We were so close to downtown Boyne city and the lakefront we were able to take great walks along the lake even though it was pretty chilly. It’s a great place to stay, especially if you’re wanting to do some skiing at Boyne Mountain it’s an easy 12 minute drive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here."

"I spent my 60th birthday enjoying this place. I haven’t ever seen snow and I had the most amazing time. The location and everything around was just perfect. The place has every thing you need a hot tub, an arcade game machine and a pool table. Watch many nights watching the snow playing games and then just enjoying the beautiful scenery. Carlos is an amazing host. Any questions or concerns you have he answered right away please book this place to stay. You definitely won’t be disappointed. Sue...

"The location is perfect. A few short blocks to downtown Boyne City and 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for family meals. The beds are comfortable, and the living room cozy. The fenced-in backyard is perfect for your pet. The owners/management are very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "
