"Wonderful location to the beach and excellent stay. Washer and dryer repairmen were supposed to come out but never showed up but that's not the owner's fault though. Twin beds downstairs were very creaky everytime you turned. May I suggest a step stool in the kitchen because some of the cupboard shelves were very high. All in all,it was a very nice place to stay in."

"We did not agree with or understand the negative reviews of this house. It is in a very nice neighborhood right off of Rt. 28, and is within walking distance of shopping and several nice restaurants and attractions. It is also within walking distance of Seagull Beach, which may be the most beautiful beach on Cape Cod. "It was the least expensive option in the area. We feel we got a little better than expected for the price, but there is absolutely no ocean views and you do need a car to get around. Very close to the shopping area of Oak Bluffs. Carpets really need to be cleaned and the furniture was old. The beds were comfortable. Functioning kitchen for cooking in. Did not use grill."
