"Great spot on Baseline Road! Very close to campus if you have a need to visit. The balcony is absolutely glorious in the morning. No direct sun and you can see the front range right there. Parking is very easy and covered (which came in handy!). Doors and walls are well insulated. We could hear people upstairs walking around in the morning but the noise level was very low. I only heard it in the kitchen/living room and it never disrupted our stay. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it is...

"Awesome location, clean and cute apartment that worked great for our trip. Host was very friendly and available for questions. Great trip and great rental! Thank you!"

"Clean, modern space with comfortable accommodations. Loved the rain shower. Parking garage had a height limit that prevented us from using the assigned parking spot. First come first served spots were not clearly labeled. Hot tub and exercise facilities on listing were misleading."

"Wonder place to stay!! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay off the beating path. It was extremely clean and cozy. I will be back."

"What a wonderful, clean, exceptionally appointed place this rental this is! Perfectly located to all the activities I booked for the weekend and so easy to access. Will definitely return to this rental our next trip toColorado!"

"Great location & well stocked with what you need for your stay!"

"This is a great condo in a nice location. Natural grocery store right across the street and a cool little burrito restaurant around the corner. Condo was very comfortable, clean, modern, and spacious for one bedroom. The host communication was excellent and he had a lot of nice little extra things you might need on your trip in the unit. Would definitely recommend this place and consider staying again!"
