We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was perfect for me and my family—full of charm, comfort, and everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The views are truly stunning and even better than the photos. The house feels warm and welcoming, and we loved how well-equipped it was for our getaway.We would absolutely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay- the views are the real highlight of the property. James communicated well. Easy Ubers to both Hingham and Hull ferries. Recommend Hingham if you need groceries as there is a Fresh Market. We enjoyed our stay.

Maison très bien placée

Code d'ouverture de la porte pas reçu, le contact n'a pas répondu au téléphone, le service clients d'Abritel contacté en France à rencontré le même problème. Finalement nous avons été rappelé et obtenu ce code. Le lendemain grandes difficultés pour verrouiller la porte, il a encore fallu contacter l'assistance. Chambres très mal isolées, les jours de vent les courants d'air à l'étage sont très importants et si la température extérieure est fraîche il y fait froid. Il faut savoir que l'escalier est très raide et qu'il est difficile de monter les valises.

Wedding weekend in Hull

We enjoyed our stay! The views were incredible, the house cozy and beachy. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! The beds were comfortable! Nice restaurants close by and an Easy ferry ride into Boston. Will stay again!

Amazing Beautiful View and Sunsets!

My family loved our stay in this home . Very clean , everything we needed . The outside decks , yes decks there was a front with chairs , a couch ant two loungers ! On the side was a table and chairs for outside diners . The back deck has two chairs and a grill . The kitchen very well equipped with everything you need . The bedrooms were so comfortable the master bedroom has a view to die for . Very comfortable living room with a large television . I have to give this property a 10 !! Cannot wait to go back !

Nice place in Hull

We had a great time with a family group for a long weekend. House was as described. The beach is a short walk, and it was nice they provided a beach buggy and towels and other beach accessories. Also nice to be a short drive from the ferry to spend the day in Boston. The town was incredibly quiet and sleepy- we weren't quite expecting this since we were there on a holiday weekend. People complained when we played music on the porch before the sun set on a Friday night (it wasn't very loud and within normal waking hours). Just noting this for folks who are looking for a more upbeat and lively location, probably keep looking. But overall the house was nice and cozy and we had a relaxing time. It is great if you are planning a very quiet cozy vacation.

2nd year at Waveland

This was our 2nd stay (2 weeks this year) and it was everything we expected. Our hosts are friendly and responsive and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location is amazing and the views, especially at sunset, are great and it is only an 8 to 10 minute walk to the beach. My only criticism is that the house could use a 2nd shower, although it was only an issue if we had guests. We certainly look forward to coming again next summer.

Sunsets on Sunset Ave

They didn't name this street sunset avenue for nothing. We rented for a period of three weeks so that we could come and go on our time, a luxury within a luxury. This is luxury of being surrounded by ocean nature. It is everywhere. It is within stepping distance, kayaking distance, biking distance but more immediate than those mentioned it is all within a short seeing distance whether from a picture window or from a front row seat on either the front, back or side porches. There is a seat for anyone here who wishes to be captivated by the quiet of nature displayed every day in the brilliance of a sunset or in the sounds of the ocean tides. This is the kind of place where you can park your car upon arrival and never need it again until check out.

Nice comfortable house

We were a group of four sisters. Three of us came from Ireland and one from San Francisco. The house was great for our gathering. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for a nice stay. We were there for 6 nights. Communication with the host was great and they got back to us right away with any questions that we had. Nice quiet neighborhood and close proximity for day trips to Boston, Cape Cod, Rhode Island and much more.

Perfect stay for a Hull wedding!

A group of friends stayed here for a nearby wedding and it was the perfect home base for the weekend. The house comfortably slept 6 adults, we were able to cook breakfasts each morning and enjoy them on the porch overlooking the water, and were never far from any of the weekend's events around town. It's an ideal location for anything in the Hull / Nantasket area -- short drive into town, right on the water, and very close to the beach. Will absolutely stay here again when we're in town next.

Great house on the water. Clean and very comfortable with everything you need. Complete outfitted kitchen, updated bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, dining in or out on the porch. The sunsets are amazing and easy walk to Nantasket beach.

Fabulous bay view

The house was exactly as listed. It is situated on the bay in Hull with fabulous sunsets and beautiful bay breezes. The wraparound deck includes a gas grill, a dining table in addition to the deck furniture. The master bedroom has windows opening on to the bay and most nights we didn't need the air-conditioner. All 3 bedrooms have window a/c units. The house was well stocked and included beach chairs and a beach buggy to carry things to the beach (about an 8-10 minute walk). Our hosts were very responsive and clearly aiming to please. We highly recommend this home.

Location & comfort

PERFECT location for foot access to both bay & beach. Easy car access to markets & restaurants AND a great cheap ferry ride to Boston/Logan/beating any heat! Great porch for sunsets, comfortable beds, had all that we needed including easy access to owners for any questions. Looking fwd to our next visit. Thanks!

Beautiful view!!!

Our stay was wonderful. We had excellent communication with our hosts. It was amazing to wake up to the incredible view of the water every morning. We loved watching people walking their four legged babies each day. The owners seem to be steadily upgrading this cute home. Our only complaint is that the beds were pretty hard. Other than that, we would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Home at perfect location with amazing views!!

This house is a perfect getaway tucked in a friendly community. We had such a great time we extended our stay.. Everything needed was provided. Stocked kitchen, lovely bedrooms and 2 baths. The property is as listed and very clean. Owner seems to be upgrading so I can only see it getting better ! Very roomy, decorated nicely and in a perfect location. Communication with owner / property manager was great and they were super accommodating. The view is outstanding and the sunsets are worth every penny! Location is close to every local need or attraction and within an hour of other attractions such as Salem, Plymouth & Cape Code. Lovely outdoor seating to watch boats, sunsets and listen to waves. Take advantage of walking down to the water just steps from the home! We can't wait to stay again!

Beautiful Fall View

We rented this for two nights to visit our family in Boston. The view is amazing. It wasn't super hard to get to, and there was a lot of safe walking to get exercise around. The house has been recently renovated, and the first floor areas are nice with sitting for a good chunk of people (we only had three of us) and dining for at least 6. The kitchen was very nice and functional with everything you could need to cook and eat in house. The property manager was very easy to get in contact with. The linens were very nice and soft. There were a few cons. The beds are (especially the master) HARD. Like rock hard. While the neighborhood is gorgeous, be aware that during the fall times of year, much of the local eateries and bars close down. Also, we were there in mid-October, and after renting, were hit with a "utility fee" (we're assuming because it should be cooler; it wasn't, I had to open the windows as it was 80 one day and 72 the next.) that wasn't part of the actual price of rental. So that was sort of frustrating that it wasn't included in the nightly cost of the rental, and I saw no mention of it in the listing. All in all, it's a very pretty view and a cozy and quaint older home.

Girls weekend away

My friend and I had a wonderful girls weekend away at the house!! We spent the entire Saturday on the price enjoying the view. We had great pizza and were so relaxed the entire time. The place was super clean and we enjoyed walking around the very safe neighborhood. Next time we will leave the house to visit some of the yummy local restaurants.

Serenity Sunsets

The house is situated overlooking Hull Bay with Boston in the distance. It was the perfect setting to watch spectacular sunsets and boaters on the bay. Very peaceful. A short stroll east and you were on the Oceanside to catch sunrises. The wrap around porch was a great place to spend the days and enjoy meals. Loved it!
