"Casa Noste apartments are located on the hillside of Saranda, if you are on the wheelchair this is not the place for you; other than that it is the best place I ever stayed in Europe. The apartment is very clean, spacious and its amenities are in excellent condition. The owner is very nice and helpful. ..."
