"the staff on reception are very Helpful. the room is adequate for a business trip for an engineer. the bed was not the most comfiest i have ever stayed in but the room was clean and tidy as could be made like others i have stayed in in this area they are tired and could do with a sprucing up but with the price per night being as it is you can not complain to much, does not have a restaurant but a coffee shop attached , very nice coffee and cakes "

"Fantastic 5 star hotel with excellent service. Stayed in oceanwing and it was perfect. Rooms are big and well equipped. Pool is lovely and not crowded. Beach is beautiful. Breakfast is the best. A fantastic hotel to chill in. Far from KK though!"

"Ubemærket. Stor rummelig lejlighed. Lugter dog affugt. Udendørs arealerne er under renovation, og altanerne tfænger tilvedligeholdelse. Fin restaurant med god menu og Ubemærket morgen buffet."

"We were here about 20 years ago and we never forgot the very delicious breakfast and the seaview. We always wanted to come again some day - and that was now. And it was exactly as we remembered. So nice to be here again - still the same good view and very deliciuos breakfast. Very friendly staff. "

"The location is GREAT! Cool to be among the jungle animals and at the wonderful beach. BUT! this 5 star hotel doesnt manage to get the basics straight. Dirty bathroom, mosquito nets broken, rusty things in the bathroom, food at dinner bad & cold and very expensive for Asian food and especially of that quality!, no toilet paper holder in the toilets, no light in the public toilets etc. They want to unfold your napkin at dinner, but the napkin ends up having been used before, is not ironed......
