"Pictures of the property don't do justice to this place. We stayed in Cabin 1 and it is beautiful! The cabin has a deck all around with an outdoor dining area, gas grill and private sauna. The main living area has the living room and kitchen and it is beautiful, full of windows up to the ceiling and very spacious. There is also a loft with a futon bed and its own TV. "We loved our stay at this cottage in Iceland. It was a perfect spot for our exploring to Snæfellsnes. The cottage was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. We settled right in. My teenager loved the loft and having the cool windows. Iceland is a long way from home for us but we would come back in a heartbeat."

"We had a total of 12 people in our group and this property setup was perfect. People ages 8 months to 65 years. Location was great for exploring Snaefellness but not too far away from Reykjavik to discourage golden circle activities. Road is pretty easy to find, don’t need 4x4 but take it slow. Need cell phone access for getting to the property. We got to see northern lights while there so that was nice. Absolutely recommend staying here"

"Two very comfortable houses within a quick walk from each other. The location well away from town and within easy day trips from Snaefellsnes peninsula and golden circle worked great for us. Great aurora on 2 nights. Hosts were very responsive to questions and provided great info about the whole region. "
