"The villa is nice, decor very dated inside, the pool is a little tired, nice views over San Remo. The villa was in the middle of a building site however, fortunately it did not impact the view but there were a few noises and smells from the site during our stay. We would have liked to be informed about this prior to booking. We raised the main issues with the agents Happy. Rentals but they did not respond. "The Villa and the property was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and the fact that it had an elevator made it much easier for us given we were all over 65 and the Villa had 4 floors with the basement. However, there were some issues. First we really did not get a good explanation on how various things worked in the house like the bathtub in the master which caused us a leak and some damage. "Villa confortable, piscine, extérieur et vue magnifique. Malheureusement la propreté laisse à désirer ( piscine et vaisselle sales, poussière sur le mobilier, sol collant, réfrigérateur sentant fort le poisson) et équipement fourni indigne d'une telle location (pas de torchon dans la cuisine, lave vaisselle qui lave mal, pas de bouilloire, vaisselle limitée, pas de robot pour nettoyer la piscine pendant notre séjour). "Séjour idéal! L'appart est conforme à la description faite et parfaitement situé dans une ville fantastique. Il est juste dommage que la piscine n'ouvre qu'en Juin."
