"Checkout time was very early, 10 AM. I find that much too early for a check out , it should be 11 AM. I will asked for a later check out and was declined. The ocean view was lovely… But it will not be as nice in the future as they are building a building next-door. The room is not soundproof. I could hear people walking around above me and the conversation that the people love me. Location is excellent."

I reached out letting you know we were having trouble, but there was no response. I also asked for advice on where to keep a second vehicle with no response. The location was close to downtown and everything was walkable. I cannot recommend this place enough. Wow. So much better than staying in a hotel. "Everything was great - Oceanside pier is a few minutes walk away, and we could open the windows and hear the ocean waves. The hosts were very proactive and communicative, check-in instructions were clear and check-out process was easy. We had a small request that they were easily able to accommodate. Highly recommend!"

"We loved the apt. It was clean and being right on the water was amazing. Just hearing the waves was so peaceful. Being able to sit on the porch and watch the beach and the waves was as well. The apartment is small but that was fine with us. Perfect size for two people. The bed was so comfortable. We had a great time walking down the beach to the pier and down the long pier.
