Load up the beach gear and make the short 5-minute walk across the street to beautiful Bonita Beach. While there, rent jet skis or kayaks or get an adrenaline rush by parasailing. This eighth floor 1BR is also close to delicious restaurants, including Doc’s Beach House Bar and Grill right across the street.
Pour a glass of wine and head out to the private screened lanai, where you can soak in the beach views. Completely remodeled in 2017, the home has gorgeous floors, high-end lighting, and all new furnishings.
As a guest, you have access to amazing amenities in the complex. Play tennis, or try your hand at bocce ball. There are ping-pong tables, shuffleboard, and horseshoes, as well as a hair salon.
ABOUT THE CONDO
With the ocean spread out before you, the views don’t get much better than on the private screened lanai -- a front-row seat to spectacular sunsets.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow you to enjoy the views from inside the living room as well. Spend quiet evenings lounging on the chic gray couch and watching movies on the 48” flat screen TV with DVD player. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa for two extra guests.
The kitchen makes cooking a pleasure with ample prep space on the granite counters. You’ll love the mosaic tile backsplash and beachy gray wood-grain tile floors. Start your day with a cup of coffee and the paper at the high-top glass table with room for four.
With one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa, the condo sleeps four comfortably. The bedroom boasts a queen bed outfitted with plush headboard and luxurious bedding. It also has a walk-in closet and dresser for storage. Crisp and modern, the full bathroom has a large walk-in shower and plenty of extra storage for linens.
The complex has a shared parking lot and each unit has two designated spots. Parking permits are available from the rental office located in the main lobby.
THE LOCATION
Just across the street from Bonita Beach, you’re just a 5-minute walk from sand and surf. The beach has amenities like restrooms, picnic shelters, volleyball courts, and a playground. If you’re looking for an adventure, there are jet ski and kayak rentals available. The area is also home to several challenging golf courses, including the Audubon Country Club, just 6 minutes away.
There are several restaurants within walking distance, including The Café at Bonita Beach and Coconut Jack’s Waterfront Grill.
Construction Disclaimer:
Ongoing renovations continue in response to the impact of Hurricane Ian. There may be construction noise during normal business hours to repair the damage and contractors are often present. Please note the following when planning a visit:
Atriums, tennis courts, and pickleball courts will start construction in 2025 but no start date and end date have been provided.
Construction materials will most likely still be on site but are neatly kept in one location
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
