During my visit, I accidentally left a shoe valued at $2,000 in the room. I only realised it a month later when I returned to L.A. What makes this experience unforgettable is the incredible customer service. "Fantastic apartment in an ideal location. The property is exactly as shown, clean, bright and spacious. Brilliant and quick communication with host also."

"This is the place for you if you are not picky about cleanliness, smallness, six flights of stairs and other “unique” property features but want a central location. Management company does good job of communicating but actual facilities are not great - you get what you pay for with this one."

The location on Quai des Orfèvres is simply unbeatable, the views over Pont Neuf and the Seine are breathtaking at every hour of the day and night. "Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...
