    Blue Hill Farm looks out over Lake George and Tongue Mountain, with room to bring everyone along. Featured in Travel + Leisure, three bedrooms and a bunk room sleep 10 across 9 beds. Spend the day on the lake from your own dock slip, unwind in the six-person hot tub, then head for the Disco Party Barn — disco ball, darts, games. Pet friendly.

    THE SPACE

    • 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room, 9 beds, 3 full baths — sleeps 10
    • The barn: disco ball, karaoke, jukebox, arcade games, darts, pool table, and a lemonade stand for the smallest guests
    • 6-person hot tub and stone fire pit with the lake in view
    • Full kitchen, outdoor dining, gas grill
    • Personal dock slip for boats up to 24 ft at our lake access, a short drive
    • High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, washer and dryer, central air
    • Pet friendly, private driveway, 3.5 acres to roam

    Lakeview Lodge is a 2-minute walk down our trail. Book both as the Compound and bring 16+.

    GUEST ACCESS
    The house, the barn, the grounds. A few owner closets and the garage stay locked.

    OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
    Check-in 4 pm, checkout 10 am. After booking we send a short rental agreement to sign, then arrival details on the day. The primary guest must be 25 or older. The barn is not heated or cooled. Undisclosed pets are charged $250 each. Cancellations carry a non-refundable card-processing fee. Concierge services and WOW experiences — private chef, boat rental, mobile sauna, a s’mores bar — are available on request. Managed by Luxury Lake George, Bolton Landing.

Amazing and well maintained

We enjoy our stay. It was an amazing place for kids and adults. Host were super friendly and made sure we enjoy our stay and get comfortable. Everything was as described in post actually even batter in person.

A brilliant spring break in the Adirondacks!

We decided to enjoy Spring Break in the Adirondack's and it did not disappoint! BLUE HIll FARM was the perfect house to stay in as it offered us so much space, amenities like the hot tub, game room, fire pit and a beautifully decorated and well appointed home. We are booking a summer break trip now! Highly recommend!

Another Great Week at Blue Hill Farm

This is the second time in 3 yrs we've stayed at Blue Hill Farm and again, i'll give it a solid 5 stars. The property was immaculate and the hosts were awesome, especially in coordinating Hibachi night which was also fantastic. There is so much to do at the property (for all ages) and the location to Bolton is a nice bonus. I would certainly stay again at Blue Hill Farm!

Absolutely loved our stay at Blue Hill Farm. Having access to the docks was wonderful. The property manager was very accommodating to all our needs. The house and property were beautiful and just perfect for our family. We will be back!

Blue Hill Farm Vacation

Blue Hill Farm was the perfect house for our family in every single way! The living room area was warm and relaxing. The kitchen area was set up just right for any meal. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent and configured exactly as any family or group would want them to be. The yard, FirePit, Hot Tub, games, all of it added a special touch of fun and relaxation. I highly recommend Blue Hill Farm and Lake George Vacay! The best of the best!

Fun farm for the family

Recommend this home if you are looking to stay in the Bolton/Landing area. It’s a fun and happy place to stay with your family (and as we did, with our dog). The only minor complaint is no disposal in the sink and the dishwasher could be upgraded. The amenities and property were all as advertised.

Great House and Location

Came with my family from NYC for a long ski weekend. Love the house and location. The house is nicely decorated and very well stocked with great activities to keep kids entertained and a comfortable large family room for a movie night. Beautiful quiet spot about a block from Lake George and a very short drive to the Bolton downtown restaurants and supermarket. Also an easy 20-25 minute drive in the morning to get to Gore mountain for skiing. Highly recommend.

Amazing house

Absolutely beautiful, the view, the kitchen, the play barn, the tile work in shower, the Bigfoot path . I cannot say enough good things about this property. Spent the week with the family for thanksgiving and we loved it. Very cozy, clean, and beautiful. House has everything you will need for your stay. Host was excellent I cannot say enough good things about this house. Will definitely recommend to others.

Best Visit at Blue Hill Farm

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at Blue Hill Farm. The property is gorgeous and the Lake George Vacay team couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The open kitchen was perfect for our group and we had an amazing time in the gameroom as well. We'll definitely be back for another visit soon!!

This is probably the best home I've ever rented. Clearly, the hosts take a lot of pride in their properties. Not only is the home spacious and beautiful, but it was very clean, well kept and updated. The hosts went above and beyond with lots of little details, even down to soft music playing when you entered the house and a lovely fragrance diffused throughout the home. Having a handy app with every detail you could need was another thoughtful touch. I doubt I will ever stay anywhere else when visiting Lake George.
