"This institution is professional, kind, always there for their guests. I have no complaint, everything was perfect. Room service was great, the pool and spa area was great. The bar staff were efficient. The front office people were super helpful in setting up taxis. The breakfast was amazing. We had just come back from climbing Huayna Potosi and despite looking like backpackers the staff all treated us like their best clients. We were charmed by the place and woukd highly recommebd it to anyone...

"Rodet check in - vi var 6 prs - de var 3 prs i receptionen der hverken var venlige, informerende eller servicemindede. Restaurantens personale lidt bedre end receptionen. Værelser havde flossede plastikgulve, der var ingen skrivebordsstol til skrivebordet, ingen elkeddel, kaffebrygger, flaske vand eller lign. "

"Beautiful modern hotel with amazing staff. We had to change plans because the Peruvian border was closed, the staff was extremely helpful and we ended up extending our stay because we felt so much at home here. The rooms are great, best shower and bed we’ve had all 3 months in South America. Loved the pool/spa area. Area feels nice and safe, close to restaurants, shops etc. 5-10 min walk to teleferico for a beautiful and cheap ride to the center. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The piccolos was really Nice and caring, they waiting until we got sadeltag picked up by our tourguide (even if it was -3 celcius outside). The hotel says that they have early check-in from 06.00 AM, this isnt true, we arrived 06.30 and rooms werent ready. We had to wait for 2,5 hours until we got our room. It was a bit cold in the room, but showers were hot and there were lots of blankets. Location was perfect! Very central and in walking distance to lots of attractions. "
