The upper level features an expansive master suite (king bed & office) with 180 degree mountain views from the bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and oversized double shower. A lovely deck with sliding glass door is accessed off of the master bedroom for uninterrupted views of the Boise foothills. A thoughtfully designed kid`s bedroom (twin bunk) is located off of the master suite, and one of the laundry rooms is located on the upper level for convenience.
*Note: there is a door separating the upstairs bunk room from the rest of the suite but there is no door from the master bedroom to the master ensuite.

The mid level features the main living area with panoramic windows looking directly into the tree canopy outside. Living room (fireplace 1), dining room (fireplace 2), chef`s kitchen, deck (with huge table & grill) , patio (with fire pit), flex room, and bathroom. This level blends the interior with the exterior and creates a truly expansive living space.

The walk-out lower level is a 3 bed / 2 bath unit: 1 King ensuite, 1 Queen, and 1 Bunk room w/2 twin over full bunk beds. The lower level can be separated from the top two levels or opened up, via a dividing door, depending on your needs. It has a full kitchen, game room (pool table, ping pong, darts) dining table, living room/movie nook (w/ electric fireplace), and full laundry room. Two patios extend the livability of this space with an outdoor dining area and hot tub. Past the patios you enter the manicured back yard with a tranquil Koi pond and trampoline.

Two twin rollable foldout beds are available to place in any room.
Travel crib, high chair, baby gate, etc are also available.
