Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, FREE street parking, and Private outdoor space. Other amenities include: a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, pack and play, and plenty of kitchen items make this home a comfortable space for families to enjoy also.
Master bedroom features a King Size bed, there is plenty of closet space with hangers and luggage racks for your suitcases as well!
The second bedroom is also upstairs and is furnished with a Queen size bed, with quality linens, and a closet with hangers and luggage racks for guests personal items.
The main bath is also on the upper level. Complete with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, paper products and a hair dryer for your traveling convenience! All bedroom and bathroom linens are high-quality and tastefully chosen.
Kitchen is stocked with stainless appliances full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, & coffee maker. All utensils & cookware are included to make eating in convenient and enjoyable. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the dining table with 4 chairs, or outdoor at the patio table on a sunny day.
The living room has a pull out sofa bed great for curling up with a blanket and a book, or a relaxing night of movies with a very cozy oversized sofa chair for additional seating. Smart TV with Netflix and streaming capabilities using WIFI to complete the necessities!
There is a also half bathroom on the main level for guest convenience! Full-size washer and dryer provided for guest use. Iron/ironing board are available at the property.

Approx 5 miles from Boise Greenbelt The 25-mile Boise River Greenbelt is one of Boise's most beloved parks. The tree-lined pathway follows the river through the heart of the city and provides scenic views, wildlife habitat and pedestrian access to many of the city's popular riverside parks. The "Ribbon of Jewels" is a series of parks located along the pathway.
Downtown Boise (10 min) is worth checking out. The historic downtown covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. ~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ No PETS!
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
