This rental has enough room for the family to spread out with 2300 sq/feet of comfortable living space.

Living Room: Relax on the comfortable couch furnished with a beautiful smart 4K 55" TV equipped with built-in Roku so you can ensure that you are caught on all of your favorite movies and TV shows.

Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, a coffee station (coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar), a full spice rack, knives, a dishwasher, and all the appliances you will need to enjoy your vacation. Please note there is no access to the kitchen pantry. However, there are empty cabinets to store food!

Laundry Room: There is a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets available for your convenience

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom w/ ensuite has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large 4K Roku TV for all your streaming needs. In the closet, you will find an air mattress as well as a travel crib! Don't forget to bring your bath bombs, and bubble bath soap for the large relaxing bathtub.
Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed with a 32' smart TV.
Bedroom 3: The third guest bedroom has a double-sized bunk bed to make sure everyone has a place to sleep with 32' smart TV.
Bedroom 4: The fourth guest bedroom is a comfortable queen-sized bed with a 32' smart TV.

Loft: Upstairs, there is a huge playroom/loft room that has a generous basketball hoop an air hockey table, a packman arcade, along with a desk and chair. There is also a 43" smart TV that you can feel free to connect to any of your gaming consoles. Just be sure to bring your own HDMI cord.

Bathrooms: Each bathroom has a full shower and tub. They are fully stocked with salon-grade shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Dark make-up washcloths are present for your convenience.

WiFi: Very fast High-Speed WiFi is available throughout the home. There are available ethernet ports if you would like to connect directly to the modem.

Backyard: Relax under the sun, or watch the kids run around the fenced large, open backyard. There is also a large table with chairs to dine outside and enjoy company. Please don't forget there is also a large common area in the neighborhood that anyone is welcome to use!

Parking: There is plenty of parking available. Two cars may fit in the garage and there is also street parking available in front of the house.

South Boise has so much to offer. This up-and-coming residential area of Boise is quiet and has a lot to offer. Behind the house is an Albertsons, library, urgent care, liquor store, and gas station. You are only a short 10 minutes to the Boise Airport and 20 minutes to downtown Boise.

The best and easiest form of transportation is with a rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft. Feel free to park your car in the garage, on the driveway or on the street at the house!
