DOWNSTAIRS: Step inside to find a welcoming living room, where a plush couch invites you to relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the Roku TV. The large dining table seats 4, providing a great space for meals or gathering with loved ones. The fully-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, while a half bath and hallway with a washer and dryer offer extra convenience, separating the back of the home from the front. The primary bedroom, located at the back of the home features a cozy king-sized bed for the perfect night's rest while the large bathroom features a walk-in shower and a spacious walk-in closet, enhancing your comfort and convenience during your stay.

UPSTAIRS: Upstairs, you'll find 2 cozy bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen bed for a restful night's sleep. The third room is a versatile retreat, perfect for any need. Whether you're looking to focus with a workstation equipped with dual monitors, unwind with a Roku TV, or stay active on the Peloton bike, this space has something for everyone to enjoy during your stay.

OUTDOORS: The fully fenced yard provides a safe and secure space for children to play, while adults can unwind in the inviting outdoor spaces. House Rules:
*Plan to grocery shop: except 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet at the top of each stay, we do not supply consumable products (TP, paper towels, soaps, spices, etc.). Consumables left behind by a previous guest may be used or discarded.
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 6 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 4 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late checkout and early check-in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late checkout really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. A $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*No Pets. If discovered, unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil-based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.
