It has a centric location, walking distance from museums, historic sites and mayor attractions of Bogota old city. As well is surrounded by many a good restaurants and coffee shops. Taxis and Ubers are .well accessible also

La propiedad está cerca del centro histórico, excelente para los que quieran caminar y explorar la historia por el precio pagado se está bien. Con pequeñas cosas el hotel pudiera mejorar como por ejemplo alguna máquina de venta de alimentos y bebidas ya que los.dkmingos y días feriados casi nada abre y no tienes donde comprar agua, aunque ponen una estación líquida no hay forma de llevarte agua a la habitación. La limpieza puede mejorar nos dimos cuentas que no barrieron la habitación, las sábanas no fueron cambiadas, lo sabemos porque tenía una mancha. Una vez más cuidado con los domingos y feriados poco personal en hotel. Al ser de una cultura de servicio nos hizo mucha falta ese Don de servicio al que estamos acostumbrados los dominicanos faltó, pero entiendo que debe de ser algo cultural.

A couple of things bothered me about the hotel. First, the lobby is located on a different floor than the entrance. That’s not terrible, but you have to buzz someone to unlock the front door to enter or depart. There were three instances we waiting several minutes to be buzzed out. Next, the breakfast fare is anything but fare. The breads/pastries are pedestrian at best. Very few options or variety. And the cardinal sin, a single coffee machine serving the entire din in no room. The laminate flooring in our room was cracked and old. And there are no individual thermostats in the rooms.Staff were friendly but knew very little English. I definitely need to take my language skills to the next level if I visit again.

Location. This hotel is in the Candelaria district not far from the Museo de Oro. My room had a magnificent view of the mountain and Monserrate. The room was clean and well appointed. There was good WiFi. The room did not have climate controls and the morning sun heated the room, but I left to explore.

Good location, but can't recommend
For a night or two in Bogota, this hotel is fine. Location is convenient to the major tourist stops. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean. But there were problems. The staff just isn't very knowledgeable. They gave me incorrect times about when Monserrate closed and when the ticket office opens at the Salt Cathedral. Those are two of the absolute biggest attractions in Bogota, so that was especially disappointing. There's no AC, which may be fine most days given Bogota's weather, but I had sunny and hot days and the combo of no AC, thin blinds, and east facing windows meant my room heated up very quickly to an unpleasant level. The hotel staff was great. They were helpful when we needed to leave our bags there for the day before checking in in the afternoon. The hotel was clean and while the room was a bit stuffy, they gave us a fan upon request. The hotel is very conveniently located to the central tourist attractions in Bogota, which made getting around very easy. I gave this a four star because I just don't think that I would recommend a friend to stay here. While it was fine for an evening, it just didn't have a lot of character and didn't have some basic things that you expect from a hotel (such as a coffee maker).

The only thing i didnt like was no air conditioning and the water pressure in the shower was too low .

Pratique mais pas plus
Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner correct, emplacement proche de la vieille ville. Mais pas de service. Personnel a l'accueil peu agréable, pas d'eau potable a l'arrivée dans la.chambre. Pas de service de laundry le week-end. Personne pour aider pour les bagages au départ. Hotel sans charme et sanitaires un peu anciens.

This property is right at the center, you literally do not need a taxi as you can pretty much walk to almost everything. The staffs were nice and friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. Lots of restaurants and attractions/activities nearby. It’s in a busy area, so ask for a room with a window not facing the street if you want a quiet room. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.
