"Location, location - this property definitely has it. Our host Denise was very accommodating, accessible and promptly responded to any of our needs. Property is less than a 5 minute walk to one of Boca's many beautiful beaches and parks. Down the street are local restaurants and shoppes and downtown Boca is a short drive or walk away. The property was very clean throughout and included everything one needs for an enjoyable stay. Gas grill and outside sitting area a bonus, we used frequently....

"Upon entering my unit, it had not been made up/cleaned. It took a while to have someone deliver clean sheets, etc.; but ALL was GOOD, the cleaning crew did a great job the next day, and Management was super responsive and accommodating. Lots of email correspondence and phone calls. THEY are very interested that they keep their customers happy. Thanks"

"It was very safe and very quiet. Shopping experience was excellent. Plenty of dining options in vicinity. Transportation very good and close to the beach and many other convience stores. Parking allocated for guests and close to private entry to guesthouse. The guest house owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Anton and Bernise that you made our stay very special! "We enjoyed the property and everything we needed was in the home. We enjoyed having coffee together in the private yard. The kitchen had a full size range and refrigerator. The kitchen was stocked with dinnerware, glassware and pots and pans. The king sized bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were more than adequate. The home is on a quiet street and the area felt safe. Thank you to the host for making the home inviting and comfortable. "

"From the moment I booked this place, it was a great experience because the host, Janice, provided seamless check-in instructions. My flight was 3 hours late getting in, but once I walked into the guesthouse, the space was very comfortable, the bed, the bathroom, and there were very nice amenities like the microwave, mini fridge, chiller bottled waters, and most importantly, GREAT a/c that helped me reset and enjoy my weekend stay. This location is literally a block from the nightlife but quiet...

"My only regret with booking our stay was not booking for a longer visit. My husband and I booked a very quick overnight stay in West Palm Beach and once we arrived at Casa Grandview Inn I knew I wanted to book another trip. Not only was the staff very accommodating to our early arrival, they were also very very friendly. Our cottage was so clean and quaint. And the grounds were absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the pool for an afternoon all by ourselves. Everything about this place is spectacular....
