"When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. "We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped stocked and very clean. Very short walk to the beach. On the bayside the dock is nice. Well lit and has a fish cleaning table. The only reason I commented about the property was not represented as it is is do to the outside needs painting. The front door paint is chipped and the overall outside just needed to be refreshed. We had a good time, felt safe."

"More communication up front around check-in and expectations. The location was nice to the town and on the water. The shower would leave a puddle every time and it took a towel to clean it up for each shower."
