"Beautiful home in such a quiet spot. Inclusions were fantastic. Obviously the highlight is the spa, and the thoughtful retractable shade over it was so great! Lots of items to keep a baby happy, safe and fed too. I've come home wanting to redo my backyard to look just like this one! Nicole was a beautoful host too, with timely responses always"

"Location was excellent for us but this is overpriced for what it is, basic. Some gardening and sweeping out the front would provide a better welcome. Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. Already on guard when entering the unit, it didn’t seem clean. Maybe as left by the previous guest with the bed made and fresh towels. On checking we noted that there was plenty of coffee pods but no espresso...

"• Arrived to find two home construction sites nearly next to us. The noise started from early morning to late afternoon. It was so bad we couldn’t hear the water lapping or birds and couldn’t hold a conversation or hear the TV and covered us in cement dust if we sat outside It destroyed the very reason we were there. "Enjoyed every moment of our stay. Great location and beautiful property. Very comfortable and clean. Great communication from our host. Very smooth check in. Driveway and parking was tricky but did not effect our stay in any way 10/10"

"Most things with the property and our stay were good. There were a few issues, however. Neither the host nor Stayz provided the Check-in information, nor were they easily contactable when we arrived to a locked gate. In addition, the house had not been thoroughly cleaned - used towels were left behind bedroom doors, there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and the fridge and pantry needed a good wipe down before we could use them. The facilities and space were good for our group though....

"The cleanliness was not up to standard. Cobwebs on kitchen cupboards, dead bugs /dust/ old liquid spills through cupboards. Floors dirty . Especially with such a late check in of 4pm I atleast expected it to be clean Also needs at least airconditioning in living areas Other then that , we did love the property "
