"The house was a perfect set up for a fishing trip. The garage was set up nice with plenty of outlets to charge boat batteries. I really enjoyed how the house was away from busier areas such as Guntersville and scottsboro, but still within driving distance was a plus. "

"Perfect for what we needed. My teen daughter played in a soccer tournament at Sand Mountain Park. Since all the team families live over an hour away and the girls’ games were 7 hours apart, we needed a quiet, clean, place for the girls to all rest and have lunch in between games. "Very nice place to stay when visiting northeastern Alabama. Central to a lot of great nature sites and hikes. The trailer is near a couple of other trailers but was private and quiet when we stayed. All appliances worked great. Hot water was hot and lasted. The WiFi could be a little hit and miss at times but it definitely worked most of the time when we visited. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times."
