"The condo is perfectly situated at the park end of the Gatlinburg strip. We walked over and ate at Smoky Mountain Brewery (our longtime favorite), Crockett’s Breakfast Camp, and Cumberland Jack’s LeConte Kitchen and then spent some time people watching. We were just a short drive away from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the GSM park. The property was clean and updated. It was cozy but there was room for the three of us. "

"Charles was great to communicate with before and during the stay. Our battery in the door lock went dead but it was quickly remedied All three bedroom and bathrooms were as described. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. We cooked breakfast and one meal. Walking distance to the center of town. We would definitely return. "

"Beautiful, clean, comfortable, spectacular views. The property was exactly as advertised and pictures were accurate. Kitchen had everything you need if you decide to cook-in. Pots and pans in great shape. This was the best of any rental that we have stayed in. It is a lovely property. Highly recommend and would absolutely rent again."

"My wife and I spent 3 nights here and it was perfect. The location is within walking distance of the strip. The room was easy to get into and the perfect size for 2 people. The parking was free and easy. The balcony gave us a nice view of the mountains. We even went swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back. "
