"This home is great for a large family gathering. We were 31 in total, so rented the cottage next door as well. Great location if you want to spend time in DC or in historic sites around the area. A few of us are horse enthusiasts, so we had plenty to enjoy as well. The indoor and outdoor spaces are comfortable with plenty of seating. With so much table space available, we were able to keep the jigsaw puzzles rolling all week! "

"We stayed two nights at this wonderful home as our daughter was getting married nearby. The house had so much charm, history and space to spread out. The setting on the property was very pretty and relaxing. I cannot say enough about the host, Robert. He was extremely responsive, helpful and great to work with. We loved our stay. "

"No silk flower arrangements or annoying attempts at decorating. The space was clean, exactly as described, the kitchen space was helpful, and the bed a welcome respite.The only thing that would make it better is a Keurig! Gotta have brewed coffee first thing!"

"Waterford is far enough away from Washington, but close enough to make a weekend getaway easy. And staying at Scarlet Springs Farm for the weekend was truly the icing on the cake. And Laura and her family made our stay even better. The house is well appointed - fantastic kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful views from back deck. This is a wonderful location to visit so many interesting vineyards, farm stands, nurseries, and some very nice restaurants in Purcellville. We look forward to visiting...

"A standard plain hotel - nothing fancy - but can do as a layover stay. Reception staff at check is not particularly friendly nor welcoming. Even though room is non smoking it smells of smoke. Could not find toilet amenities in any drawers or cupboards (cotton buds and so)"
