"We loved this hotel! Conveniently located in the Silos district with easy access to other shops downtown and many restaurants. The pool area is fantastic. Every member of the staff that we encountered was friendly and helpful. We will be making this our primary choice of hotel in Waco!"

"The check in process took longer than expected. The elevator was inoperable at times. To a point I thought me and the kids were about to be stuck inside. Hallways smell like pets and drugs. The room had roaches. And definitely didnt like the fact I had to come downstairs for clean towels. "
