I booked a 2Q ADA room back in April. The day of arrival I was informed this room does not exist. They only have a 2Q no ADA or a K ADA. We have a full assist family member and had 3 additional adults with us to help. My options were to pay for an additional room or make the King ADA work. I asked for a waiver of the cancellation fee due to no prior notification and they granted it. However this left us paying higher prices and looking for a room last minute after traveling via plane and car. The blame was placed on Expedia for not removing that style of room when they have “requested the change several times.”
