"Meget basic, rent værelse men INGEN faciliteter som kaffemaskine og dårlig A/C så vi sov med åbne vinduer hvorfor vi så blev vækket ALT for tidligt af brølende motorcykler, som starter ud fra hotellet helt fra kl 05. Personalet ugideligt og ikke informative om områdets muligheder, morgenmaden ok men føltes som en kantine. Aftenbuffetten dyr og virkelig dårlig."
"This was the most disappointing stay we have had in many years. We paid extra for the incredible mountain views promoted by the hotel and were so excited to stay there as we had read good things. Upon arrival, we are told we had been upgraded, but instead we are given a room with a view of the parking lot. We are told many people dislike slanted ceilings and usually only a wife and husband should share a bed (we were a mother and daughter). We had been in contact with the hotel but they did not...
"At check in we were given room 001 - and I said nice - because last nights at another Hotel we also had room 001, and normally 001 is one of the best rooms.
Unfortunately this was NOT the case at this Hotel, as Room 001 (which was booked as executive room) had a very limited balcony compared with all other rooms - and further the mountain view (and sun to Balcony) was obstructed by trees just in front of the balcony. Consequesntly the room was very dark.
