"This was my family's first time staying at a rental house instead of a hotel and we all agreed that it was an exceptional experience. Every one we stay at from here after will be held to that standard and I believe it's going to be difficult to surpass. The house was exactly as advertised and the host was very communicative and had thought of every single touch in the home. Cleanliness was second to none and all details were precise. "The house is in a perfect location for accessing downtown Farmington as well as the highways for exploring the surrounding areas. It was especially well stocked compared to most rentals with a generous number of blankets and thoughtful kitchen supplies such as a coffee machine with multiple flavors. Tim was immediately responsive to all questions and exceptionally accommodating. We'll absolutely stay here again when visiting Farmington."

"This was a wonderful stay. The house was on a great stretch of the San Juan and my husband and kids fly fished successfully for rainbow and brown trout on the private stretch of river right behind the house. We saw deer and turkeys right in the yard. The house had plenty of space and was clean and comfortably appointed. Good communication with the host. The house was perfect for us."

"We visit Durango often and decided to stay on the south side instead of north side like normal. We were pleasantly surprised. The view of the river, the easy trip into town where are amazing. Everything was thought of with porch, grill, firepit, hot tub and so much more. We would for sure stay here again."

"Very comfortable , clean and perfect location for a fishing trip on the San Jaun. The house was clean and was very well stocked with everything you might need . Beds were comfortable, excellent WiFi and plenty of areas to enjoy the cool evenings. Will definitely be back !"

"The Farmhouse had everything! From the picturesque view of the Animas River valley, to the lush front lawn perfect for a leisurely game of Corn Hole under the the magnificent willow tree, the setting was idyllic. The house was charming and cozy, like going to Grandma's house. And like Grandma's, it was spotless and well-stocked. Our hosts, John and Kathy, were lovely: generous, helpful and kind. We will be back!"

"The 3-bedroom 2-bath home was in a relatively new neighborhood. It had a large brightly lit kitchen (both by natural and interior lighting) with a door that opened to a large covered patio that faced west providing some spectacular sunsets. The kitchen door also had a doggy door and the backyard had a nice yard and gardens bordered by a 6-foot stuccoed wall; so ideal for a dog. The kitchen was very clean and modern with a Keurig coffee maker with numerous flavors available but no sweeteners, so...

"I was very happy to find this hotel/motel alternative located about halfway between Farmington and Bloomfield. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped for a few days' stay. Autumn is a very responsive, gracious and accommodating host. A good intro to the tiny house experience."

"In Aztec on business for 4 days. Didn't spend a lot of time in the house but it was very comfortable for a couple of hours in the evenings and for sleeping. Location is great as it is close to the Safeway/ Starbucks and also 3 blocks to the best restaurant in town."

"Needed a break from the hustle a bustle of life took the family for a weekend of relaxation and that’s exactly what we got. Very nice home, fishing, people your deal with and as an added bonus Frank was a delight a true blessing of a man took time to help get us on the fish and directions for any questions we had just a good human being. Rained all weekend and we still had the time of our lives fantastic memories. We will definitely be back."
