"Outworn hotel, that really needs a refurbishment. Cleaning in the hallway ceiling outside our room on 2nd. floor, is really needed - spider webs and water damages.
Thick carpets in room and hall ways are old and dirty.
We realised it was too cheap a room for our standard.

We stayed in one of the Mongolian yurts, which was unlike any other accommodation we've experienced and really added to the charm — it was the main reason we booked. The yurt was rustic yet very comfortable, perfect balance.
We loved being surrounded by farm animals and lush greenery — it made the whole stay feel peaceful and special.
Hosts Kate and Terry were incredibly welcoming and kind. We’d absolutely love to stay again!"

Plenty of free parking space which is very convenient. The breakfast nearby is also wonderful and hotel resident got 10%off. We had a dinner in the hotel restaurant as well. "Friendly, relaxing atmosphere with fantastic views of hayle estuary. Watching the tide come in and go back out from our room and seeing the wild birds in the local area was fascinating. The staff were friendly and the meals were excellent.

While overall cleanliness was decent, we had hairs in shower and over our toilet and my parent had some mess in their bathroom too. Really liked the branded ‘newspapers’ with the property details and its history, as well as the separate lounge downstairs."

"A lovely B&B set in a quiet countryside location and yet close to many of Cornwall’s attractions. The property was extremely comfortable with June being the perfect host. The breakfast was outstanding with many choices available. The only improvement that could be made would be a better WiFi signal in the room but this did not affect our stay in any way. "Lovely location, nice mobile home but beds were very uncomfortable. Should have WiFi. And it is incomprehensible to me how staff can watch pool guests so diligently but still allow everyone in the pool without washing or showering. It’s gross and you could save tonnes of chlorine."
