Step inside The Condo and the bay window offers views towards Blackpool Pleasure Beach. The main living area receives plenty of natural light, and the round dining table positioned in the bay provides a view of the rides. When the sea air cools in the evening, the working fireplace provides a comfortable setting after a day out.

Those looking for a quieter space can step into the rear garden, where palm trees, festoon lighting and outdoor seating give the area a tropical feel. The flat is comfortably equipped with the essentials needed for a relaxed stay.

The Layout

The flat occupies the upper floor of a classic bay-fronted Blackpool terrace. The bay window looks towards Blackpool Pleasure Beach and forms part of the open-plan lounge and kitchenette.

Living area
The lounge is light and comfortable, with seating arranged around a working fireplace. A round dining table and chairs sit within the bay window, offering views of the Pleasure Beach. Two televisions and free Wi-Fi with an ethernet connection are available throughout your stay. The single sofa bed in this space provides sleeping accommodation for a third guest.

Kitchen
The kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering, with a microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses are all provided. Tea and coffee are included for your arrival.

Bedroom
The double bedroom has timber furnishings and comfortable bedding. Bed linens are provided for every stay, along with clothing storage.

Bathroom
The private shower room features a rain shower, toilet, and basin with vanity storage. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body soap are supplied. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are also available for guest use. Portable fans are provided for warmer months.

Outdoor space
The tropical-style rear garden features palm trees, festoon lighting, and outdoor furniture, providing a place to unwind after a day out. The exterior of the property includes a curved bay and a roof balcony visible from the front.

Location

The Condo sits in South Shore, a lively seaside area of Blackpool with easy access to local attractions. The beach and promenade are two minutes away on foot, and the entrance to Blackpool Pleasure Beach is directly opposite the property.

The surrounding streets include amusement arcades, fish and chip shops, seaside cafes, and souvenir shops, all within walking distance. Sandcastle Waterpark is also located nearby along the South Shore seafront and provides another option for families and visitors.

For exploring further, the Blackpool tramway runs along the promenade just minutes from the property, linking South Shore with the town centre, Blackpool Tower and destinations further along the coast towards Fleetwood. The Golden Mile can be explored without a car using the tramway.

• No parties or events
• Pets are welcome, free of charge, with a maximum of two pets permitted – please declare all pets at the time of booking. Dogs must not be left unattended in the property at any time, as barking may disturb our neighbours.
• Maximum of 3 guests
• Check-in from 12:00 noon; check-out by 10:00am
• The flat is located on an upper floor. Please contact us in advance if you have any accessibility or mobility requirements


Booking Policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.


Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
