"Staying at Madison’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect getaway and experience for my family. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the grounds. Anne’s warm welcome and knowledge about the animals was excellent and we all enjoyed feeding the Alpacas, Llamas & Goats. The indoor pool was great for a quick swim & we felt nice and cosy in the rustic cabin accommodation which had a lovely view of the alpacas and farm. We will definitely be back. "

"This cottage is the perfect weekend getaway to stay at in the season of autumn. We had everything we needed and more, Olwen and her family were lovely and responded quickly to communication. We even had left behind items arranged to be picked up in Sydney thanks to her kindness. A must stay cottage if you are travelling to the mountains this year!"

"Cute and cosy little cottage with old worldly charm. It felt like we had stepped back in time. I loved the artworks on the walls. Was a bit dusty but the Bathroom is new and immaculately clean. The beds were so comfortable and the heaters and fireplace were amazing! My only issue was it was listed as 4 bedrooms but is only 3 with the 3rd bed being a pull out sofa lounge in the lounge room. I would stay there again and I’d recommend to others but I’d make them aware that it’s only a 3 bedder."

"Blackheath is one of our favourite parts of the Mountains and we enjoyed our few days in the cottage. It is close to great walks and shops. We loved the leafy secure front and back yards for our dog and kids to enjoy. Hosts easy to communicate with and we appreciated the later check-out. Wifi worked well too! "This nice cottage is perfect for a Blue Mountain get-away. 2 minute walk to town of Leura. 7 minute drive to Scenic World. Quick access to Katoomba and other nearby towns. Plenty of dining and shopping options. House is comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy your stay as we did ours!"

"We loved this rustic, hidden gem!! A super spot for a family getaway with lots of nature time, fresh air and peace. Fiona and Mike were super hosts, extremely helpful, kind and responsive! We loved the simplicity of the place. It was super cosy and a great spot for our family. Our big boys rode their bikes, whacked the tennis ball, toasted marshmallows and roasted chestnuts. We all went apple picking in Bilpin, had a wonder about the Tomah botanical gardens and enjoyed a hot spa! We loved...
