House Layout:
Main Level- Kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, BR with king and bay window has an amazing view, and a spacious full bath. Second BR with King and handicap-accessible shower.
Lower Level- Third BR with the queen, gas logs, and sleeper sofa shares Jack and Jill bath with the Fourth bedroom, which has a king-sized bed. All bedrooms access the large deck (the outdoor TV is locked behind a cabinet and not available to use). Some pets are allowed with an additional fee.

Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. Orchard Knob has a 3-night minimum stay. Per Laurel Ridge HOA restrictions: NO campers, RVs, recreational vehicles, or ATVs. Any such vehicle could be towed at the renter's expense.

This home is equipped with a wheelchair ramp, an ADA-certified toilet (complete with horizontal and vertical grab bars alongside the toilet), a walk-in shower, and a movable ramp to allow easy wheelchair access for thresholds in the house that are higher than ADA height guidelines.
