"Few days ago I paid $210/night plus $50 valet parking in a “fancy” hotel in Indianapolis, what a waste of money. For $63 in American Motor Inn I got the same bed size and comfort and much better sleep. The location is safe, quiet and they have parking. The young man at the reception is kind and friendly. Great customer service. Rock Island is a very beautiful place and in few minutes drive you can visit Davenport, Iowa. We’re definitely recommend this motel and we’re planning on coming back...

"While we were very disappointed that they didn’t have a pool or spa. The amenities are gorgeous. We slept well. The food and the drinks are some of the best that we’ve had in all of our travels. Sean from the front desk was attentive and made her stay more pleasant. "

"A beautiful historical hotel with Hot tub, pool and a great rooftop bar. It’s right across the street from the River, and most down town Restaurants and attractions are easily walkable including The Figge Art Museum, and the Adler Theater. I would love to stay here again. "

"The staff was the best that I have ever experienced, they handled flash flooding, computer system crash and very rude loud sports teams with a smile and never became flustered. I was impressed with the rules for quiet hours and that staff enforced them.Quiet close door hinges made the stay awesome!"

"What an unexpected find! I had never heard of this chain before but it was in a good area and the price was great so I thought I'd give it a try and I'm so glad that I did! Everything was great from the start. Staff was friendly and room was clean. But the BED, so SO comfy. I would definitely stay at this property again and will keep this chain in mind for future trips.
